Whatever the case we all have them and utilize a variety of methods to overcome them or cope with them.
This week we create an alternative to negative self talk, negative thinking and escapist habits with comfort boxes.

>Take 5-10 minutes to jot down your top 3 negative emotions.
>Take 5-10 minutes to write a word of “comfort” a reminder you would say to your bff or favorite person.
>Create your comfort boxes. Inspire yourself.
