J: finnish newyorker art therapist relocated to the Midwest. This is my place, glad you stopped by. I'm always happy to hear from you, so feel free to ask or send a note. I love my family, art therapy, photography, long walks in nature and tea, lots and lots of tea among other things. I try to live my life in mindfulness, moment to moment.
Welcome and enjoy. Namaste <3

Ask me anything

I love traveling (I don’t get to do it that often), but I just can’t seem to sleep well when I’m not at home. Anybody else have this? I have earplugs and a sleeping mask and I still keep waking up several times a night, wake up really early and so I’m getting more and more exhausted. Any suggestions are welcome! I hope I get some sleep tonight, otherwise the rest of the trip will be rough.
